Here is a simple recipe for Bread Kheer: Ingredients: 4 slices of bread, cut into small pieces 4 cups whole milk 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, cashews) 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) Instructions: 1.Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the bread pieces and fry them until they turn golden brown. 2.In another pan, bring the whole milk to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the condensed milk, sugar, chopped nuts, and ground cardamom.  Ingredients: 2 cups of pitted dates 1/2 cup of almonds 1/2 cup of cashews 1/4 cup of shredded coconut 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 1 tablespoon of honey 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon Pinch of salt Water, as needed Instructions: 1.In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, cashews, coconut, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and salt. 2.Pulse the mixture until it is well combined and the nuts are chopped into small pieces.
